We are obsessed with apprenticeship and that leads us to a whole bunch of different combinations of work locations and modes. Many of our collaborators are, in fact, independent 'externals' who contribute directly to the network-effect of our platform model.

We work with businesses of all sizes and industries, including startups, small businesses, and large corporations.
Not every problem is going to require our help. It's really for situations when you are going against the consensus and doing something 'new', where outside perspectives can highlight what you don't know you don't know. But it's also for when the cost of 'being wrong' equals or even outweighs the reward of 'being right'. Another way to think about it is to borrow a concept from Amazon. 'Two-way doors' are decisions you can pull back from. 'One-way doors', you can't. We're really for the latter.
We usually work at the senior-most levels of an organization—certainly in terms of sponsorship. But our entire value proposition is to be able to 'democratize' access to the sorts of expertise that supports better decision-making. As we deploy more aspects of our proprietary technology, we aim to put the power of Rogatio.ai into the hands of the entire organization—to help address all sorts of problems.
At Rogatio.ai, we are both 'problem framers' and 'problem solvers'. We leverage the entire AI stack to achieve this. And in a way that is 'technology agnostic'—meaning, we work with a wide variety of competing solutions and tools. What we are not is a technology or implementation partner. We work very closely with a set of external partners for both technology and implementation aspects. Those same partners have contributed to many of our proprietary tools, without which Rogatio.ai wouldn't exist.
The 'humans' in our team all come from the world of strict data privacy and client confidentiality mechanisms. We've adopted those same policies and procedures from Day-1. As it specifically relates to AI (i.e., Large Language Models or LLMs), we maintain a proprietary solution that can be deployed within a client's infrastructure or in a secure environment, with highly restricted third-party data exchanges. Equally, none of your proprietary data will ever be used for training purposes.
To be clear, you will never just interact with a 'machine'. The whole idea of Rogatio.ai is to have humans and machines working together—engaging in meaningful conversations. We've purposefully steered clear of the whole notion of 'bots'. Our vision is one where Technology meets us on Human terms, and as such, we strive to make our virtual persona as human-like as possible. We've gone to great lengths to create a combination of specialized knowledge, specific experiences, and unique personalities for all of our virtual experts. This lets us create the richest conversations.
We are working on an app to allow for much more 'self-service' in terms of access to experts. In practice, our app will be something we deploy in conjunction with one of our other offerings and more as a way to continue the conversation. Separately, a 'teaser' of several of our virtual experts will be available via OpenAI's GPT Store—but these are nowhere near as sophisticated as the personas you'd encounter as part of an engagement.
